In support of Commissioner Lee’s program to revitalize and
enhance several park facilities within the South Belt, in 1990
communities in the area asked and received approval to have the
Hall Road Park officially named El Franco Lee Park in honor
of, and on behalf of his work and commitment to maintain and
enhance the area’s green space and park facilities.
